Abstract
The relevance of this topic is due to the need to improve the efficiency of innovation activity in enterprises under the conditions of European integration. Modern product requirements, competition, and technological changes necessitate the implementation of strategic innovations to ensure sustainable development. In this context, it is important to study innovation management tools at the enterprise level that adapt to EU standards.
