Abstract
This paper presents the design and implementation of an interactive web service dedicated to a specific local region. The primary objective is to enhance local engagement, tourism, and community transparency by providing a centralized digital platform. The service architecture is built on client-server technology and integrates several core functional modules, including an interactive map for locating local attractions and services, a community forum for resident communication, and a dynamic newsfeed with regional updates. By leveraging modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and an efficient database management system (DBMS), the service ensures high scalability and usability . The platform aims to act as a unified digital hub, significantly improving information access for both residents and visitors, thereby supporting the region's economic and social development.
